Tax season is quickly approaching, and it is our goal to keep you informed of our operating plans for the 2021 tax season. Qount (pronounced “count”), our online portal, will continue to be our preferred method of document exchange. If you need portal access, please send an email with the subject “Portal Sign up” to info@ewmooreaccounting.com.

Benefits of using our portal include:

• Convenience – The ability to quickly upload or download your records at any time using your web browser or using the “Qount Client Portal” app. The app is available to download in your app store.
• Communication – Quick and easy communication and exchange of needed information
• History – Your tax returns, tax documentation and our communication exchanges are all available for you to access and review.

We will be available in-person by appointment only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays beginning January 24, 2022 (subject to change).  Meetings can be scheduled on our portal, on our website, or by calling our office.  Face masks are required for all in-person appointments.

As a reminder, you will have the following options of providing your tax documents to our team:

• electronically using our secure client portal
• dropping your documents off using our mail slot
• scheduled in-person appointment
• mailing your documents to our office

You will have the following options for delivery of your final tax return:

• electronically using our secure client portal
• scheduled in-person appointment
• US Priority Mail
